Today, I started updating the site with all of the old content that used to be edited by hand with FrontPage. It was interesting reading some of my old posts, and it does a nice job of chronicling my life over the last 9 years of 2 boys, 3 houses and a couple of vehicals.

No, I haven't uploaded any new pictures, but I have updated the software to view them, so I hope that it makes it easier to view the ones that are already there. It should also make it easier to add new pictures, which I promise I will do this evening. Check out the picture page here.

Update: Just is case you didn't check, I have put some pictures up from Noah's 5th birthday...

New Design

As you may have noticed, I have been working on the page. The underpinnings are now WordPress 2.0, where I was using bBlog. What prompted the move was that even with anti-Spam protection in bBlog, I was getting a ton of it.

My Own Web Site

I have made the leap to my own web site.  It is hosted by Yahoo! Website Services, which, so far, seems to be pretty good.  This move should make it easier to manage and update the website, from now on.  It will also make it easier to get to, since you only have to go to droppersedge.com.

I can't believe it has been so long since I have updated the page. So many things have happened. I am now a daddy, of a beautiful boy named Noah. I know every parent says this, but I think Noah's brilliant. I will try to get back to updating this page a little more often, I was in between computer builds, which meant I hadn't re-installed FrontPage. Well, I am now on FP2002, and it really works well.

Four Months?

I can't believe it has taken so long for me to update this page.  Not that anyone really looks at it, but I am getting close to the elusive 1000 hits mark (990 are from me, like something is going to change without me actually changing it)
